Milk thistle supports correct function of the liver. Boswellia serrrata is a traditional Ayurvedic herb used to promote soundness and comfort and to optimize blood circulation. It is far more effective than Devil's Claw which is often used in the UK for the same purposes.

Our cinnamon powder is from Cinnamomum verum, also know as Cinnamomum zeylanicum, colloquially called true cinnamon tree or Ceylon cinnamon.
