Please use the shopping cart to select your purchases. When you have finished your shopping, please complete your order at checkout. You may pay by credit card (nochex), paypal, cheque or postal order.

Postage and Packaging
Many of my products are sold in sealed refill packs for many reasons including more environmentally friendly and better value!

I make every effort to ensure my products reach you in excellent condition.

My UK postage rates depend on the weight of your order:

One 900g pack, or homeopathic remedies - postage is £2.49

Two 900g packs - postage is £3.49

Three 900g packs- postage is £5.49

MAXIMUM POSTAGE OF £7.99 for four 900g packs, or more, up to 28kg of products, and includes a free 450g bag of Linseed Lozenges Horse treats***

Postage to Northern Ireland, Highlands and offshore islands:

If purchasing up to 3kg of products (i.e. 3 x 900g packs), please select the relevent £2.49, £3.49 or £5.49 postage. Four or five 900g packs can be sent for the £7.99 postage. If purchasing more than this, the £10.99 postage will be needed due to the higher courier costs.

I send orders of up to five 900g packs by Royal Mail First Class. I aim to dispatch the next working day after payment is received. £7.99 postage orders for 6 or more packs are sent by YODELL 48hr (previously DHL).

I am able to all EU countries, but please contact me first for postage costs.

Returns Policy
I offer a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with you goods within 7 days of delivery, a refund will be given if the goods are returned unopened and undamaged.
